Christopher Alexander is a seasoned real estate executive and franchising leader with a proven track record at scale. Most recently, he served as President of RE/MAX Canada (November 2021–March 2025), leading one of the country’s largest residential real estate networks with more than 25,000 agents across nine provinces and driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and national alignment.

Alexander began his career with RE/MAX in 2010 as a sales associate and advanced through senior leadership roles including Franchise Sales Consultant, Chief Strategy Officer, and Executive Vice President of RE/MAX INTEGRA. Over more than a decade, he helped shape national strategy, strengthen franchise performance, and enhance agent engagement. As President, he unified regional operations, standardized service delivery, and expanded support for franchisees, while maintaining RE/MAX’s #1 market share in Canadian residential real estate and achieving record agent representation.

In early 2025, Alexander stepped down as President to pursue entrepreneurial and consulting opportunities, concluding his role on March 3, 2025. He continues to support RE/MAX as a strategic advisor for RE/MAX Europe which includes includes 38 countries, 33,000 agents and 2400+ offices. He is also an active RE/MAX brokerage owner in Ontario and serves on DealTrack’s Advisory Board, contributing to strategic growth, product adoption, and industry partnerships.

Costa Hadjidimitriou

Investor & Advisor | Payments & Banking Strategy Executive

Costa Hadjidimitriou is a senior financial-services executive with more than two decades of leadership experience across banking, payments, and financial-technology platforms. He currently serves as Senior Director, Payments Strategy & Innovation at one of Canada’s largest financial institutions, where he leads the enterprise payments roadmap spanning domestic and international rails, emerging payment technologies, and large-scale transaction infrastructure.

In this role, Costa is responsible for shaping how money moves across the organization, overseeing wire payments, SWIFT, mass payments, foreign-currency accounts, and next-generation payment platforms. Working at the intersection of product strategy, treasury, compliance, and technology, he plays a key role in modernizing one of Canada’s largest banks’ core transaction engines.

Prior to joining one of Canada’s largest financial institutions, Costa spent 12 years at RBC, holding progressively senior leadership roles in payments and treasury solutions. As Senior Director, Strategy – Treasury Solutions, he led strategic planning and platform evolution for commercial and institutional payments. Earlier, he directed critical transaction systems and client-facing payment services supporting corporate, financial-institution, and capital-markets clients nationwide.

His career has consistently focused on high-volume, highly regulated financial flows—the systems that move, safeguard, and reconcile billions of dollars across trust, clearing, and settlement environments. Costa also brings founder-level experience, having co-founded Wellbly Technologies, where he led product design, market validation, partnerships, and capital formation, bridging bank-grade governance with startup execution.

He holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from Wilfrid Laurier University, a Computer Science degree from Concordia University, and completed MIT’s Fintech: Future Commerce program. At DealTrack, Costa advises on payments architecture, trust-account infrastructure, regulatory alignment, and scalable, bank-grade transaction design to support secure growth within complex financial and real-estate ecosystems.

Penny MacKenzie

Advisor | Brokerage Leadership & Market Expansion

Penny MacKenzie is one of Canada’s most respected brokerage executives and a senior leader within the Keller Williams network, serving as Operating Partner of Keller Williams Edge Realty (Burlington) and Broker of Record and Operating Partner of Keller Williams Signature Realty (Oakville). She is responsible for brokerage growth, regulatory leadership, agent performance, and operational execution across two of the strongest Keller Williams offices in the Greater Toronto and Halton Regions.

With decades of experience in residential real estate, brokerage management, and agent development, Penny has built high-performing, compliance-driven organizations that combine culture, accountability, and technology to scale production. Her leadership spans recruitment, training, coaching, transaction oversight, and market center profitability—positioning her brokerages among the most respected and stable in the Keller Williams system.

Beyond real estate, Penny is a long-standing community and industry leader. She has served as Past President of the Burlington Chamber of Commerce, Past Chair of Tourism Burlington, and as a board member of the Burlington Art Centre Foundation. She also co-founded and chaired Party In Pink, a major breast-cancer fundraising initiative that raised hundreds of thousands of dollars in support of women’s health services.

Tim Syrianos

Advisor | National Real Estate Leader

Tim Syrianos is one of Canada’s most influential real estate executives and a nationally recognized industry leader. He served as President of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) from 2017 to 2018, leading the country’s largest real estate board through a period of major regulatory, technological, and market transformation. 

Tim also served as a Board Director of the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), representing more than 130,000 Realtors nationwide and contributing to national policy development, governance, and professional standards.

Alongside his national leadership, Tim is the Broker of Record and Owner of RE/MAX Ultimate Realty Inc. and RE/MAX Condos Plus Corp., operating one of the largest and most sophisticated real estate platforms in the Greater Toronto Area. Conrad Zurini
